Registration Refund Policy

The process of evaluations and team setting incurs significant volunteering efforts and substantial operating costs.  In the event that withdrawal from a program is necessary, the following course of actions will apply:
 

• 20% of registration fee will be charged on any player withdrawing from the program prior to the commencement of evaluations.
• 30% of registration fee will be charged on any player withdrawing from the program after the 2nd evaluation.
• 40% of registration fee will be charged on any player withdrawing from the program after the final evaluation.

NO REFUND will be provided to any player withdrawing from the program after league start-up, except in the event of an injury (see below).

Injury withdrawals received will be treated on a case by case basis and must be submitted in writing to registrar@beaumontraiders.com.  After Evaluations have concluded, a lack of interest or change of sport will not be grounds for a refund.
